Risk assessment consists of surveying the activity’s chemical usage, identifying the risks involved, evaluating the likelihood and magnitude of these risks. This allows for a clear picture of the overall hazards and the risks they pose.
There are various types of risk assessments. The assessment type must be chosen according to the situation and need, and it has to take into account the unique situation it is applied to.
Linnunmaa’s services include the following assessments:
- Workplace risk assessment
- Accident risk evaluation and impact assessment
- Chemical risk assessment
- Environmental risk assessment
At the end of the assessment, a risk management plan can be drafted. The plan consists of the safety precautions designed to counter the risks and hazards identified in the assessment.
