Linnunmaa has comprehensive experience in managing systems, internal audits and carrying out managing system trainings for different sized organisations.
Linnunmaa’s experience covers especially several international managing systems of ISO standards and the the chain of custody of forest-based products and materials (FSC and PEFC).
Environmental management system ISO 14001
The ISO 14001 is the most well-known international environmental management system that helps dealing with the company’s environmental issues in an oriented and systematic manner. The ISO 14001 standard is suitable for all sized organisations, but also alternative, lighter systems exist for example for offices.
ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000
Other widely known management systems are ISO 9001 for quality management, OHSAS 18001 for safety management, ISO 50001 for energy management and ISO 22000 for food safety management, for instance. The management systems can be integrated into one functional and organized management system, for example HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, Environment) management system.
Chain of custody certification (FSC and PEFC)
With the help of a Chain of Custody (CoC) system, the entire production chain of forest-based products can be traced and the end products can be certified. Such a product can be marked with a FSC or PEFC label.
ISO 22000 ja FSSC 22000
ISO 22000 is a globally harmonized process-based food safety standard that can be applied by organizations in food chain. Certification is an impartial assessment giving organizations a possibility to communicate on responsibility and commitment to food safety as well as demonstrate the compliance with the regulations. ISO 22000:2018 is compatible with other quality managing systems as IO 9001 and ISO 14001.
FSSC 22000 standard requirements are based on ISO 22000. However, requirements are more demanding and the scope more restricted. This food safety managing system is compatible with other quality managing systems as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In comparison to the requirements set for ISO 22000, the FSSC includes prerequisite programs and other additional requirements.
